Chair, Rollo Robertson brings a deep commitment to equity, access, and compassionate leadership to his role with Solubility Solutions Veterans Network (SSVN). Over the course of his career, he has served as Interim Director at Girls Incorporated of Delaware, Director of Programming at Dare 2 in Delaware, and New Castle County Coordinator for Autism Delaware. In each of these positions, Rollo has centered his work on increasing awareness of children’s cognitive disabilities and making sure that families—especially in low-income communities—have access to the support, resources, and programs they need. His efforts have been especially focused in Wilmington’s under-resourced neighborhoods, where he has helped create safe, structured environments that allow young people to learn, grow, and thrive.

In addition to his programmatic and advocacy work, Rollo has extensive experience in organizational management. He has supervised and supported teams of approximately 70 staff members across multiple organizations, overseeing day-to-day operations, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure programs remain both impactful and sustainable. His ability to balance big-picture vision with careful planning and financial stewardship has made him a trusted leader and partner in the nonprofit sector. At SSVN, Rollo’s expertise in coordinating services, understanding diverse community needs, and building strong, mission-driven teams helps strengthen the organization’s work on behalf of veterans and the communities they call home.

Jean-Jacques Jean, widely known as DJ Triple J, serves as Vice Chair of Solubility Solutions Veterans Network (SSVN). An entrepreneur, entertainer, and lifelong learner based in the Philadelphia area, he brings a rare blend of business leadership, human services experience, and creative energy to the board. As the full-time operator of his entertainment company, he manages a core team of four staff members and over 30 contractors — including DJs, photographers, and videographers — delivering unforgettable experiences for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds.

Jean-Jacques’ path has been anything but traditional, and that’s exactly what makes his perspective so valuable to SSVN. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Temple University, he began his career as a loan officer before transitioning into the mental health and human services field, where he spent more than a decade supporting individuals and families. His work at SPIN and with children with autism centered on dignity, independence, and life skills — from cooking and personal care to budgeting and navigating daily life. He later stepped into the classroom as a teacher, helping students build confidence and practical tools for success. From 2019 to 2022, he also served as a long-haul truck driver, crisscrossing the United States and delivering essential goods during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic — an experience that deepened his commitment to service, resilience, and community.

In addition to his professional journey, Jean-Jacques holds a Project Management Certificate from Penn State University, which further strengthens his ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and maintain a high standard of excellence. At SSVN, he draws on his background in psychology, project management, education, and entertainment to support strategic planning, events, and outreach that truly connect with people. Above all, he is a proud husband and father to three daughters, balancing business ownership and board leadership with family life. His dedication to serving others, creating meaningful experiences, and setting a powerful example for his children aligns deeply with SSVN’s mission to uplift and support veterans in need.

Treasurer, Christopher Xavier Pisano brings more than three decades of entrepreneurial leadership, real estate expertise, and business development experience to the Solubility Solutions Veterans Network (SSVN). Since 1993, he has owned and operated multiple service and retail ventures throughout the Philadelphia region, managing everything from commercial spa design to full-scale rehabilitation of investment properties. His deep understanding of the Philadelphia real estate market—combined with his ability to source profitable opportunities, negotiate complex contracts, and guide projects from concept to completion—has positioned him as a trusted consultant for investors, developers, and business owners.

Throughout his career, Chris has excelled in contract development, project management, and buyer–seller procurement for both residential and commercial ventures. His professional footprint includes managing small business teams, serving as a construction development consultant, and advising on financial documentation, closings, and overall market strategy. Beyond real estate and business operations, Chris has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to community-building. He has instructed inner-city youth and young adults in financial literacy, vocational skills, and business fundamentals—designing coursework, mentoring students, and fostering pathways toward career and personal growth.

Chris’s skill set spans strategic planning, policy analysis, contract negotiation, sales, design, and client relations, all grounded in a strong understanding of demographics and targeted markets. FOUNDER

Fred Fields, Founder & Executive Director of Solubility Solutions Veterans Network (SSVN), is a proud U.S. Army veteran, who brings invaluable first-hand experience and insight into the challenges faced by veterans, particularly during their transition to civilian life.

From 1994–2000, Mr. Fields served with the 365th Engineer Battalion (Reading, PA) as a 62E Heavy Construction Equipment Operator and 12B Combat Engineer—building roads and fortifications, breaching and emplacing obstacles, and detecting/disposing of land mines. His service took him across the U.S., as well as to Panama and South Korea.

From 2000–2002, he answered a second calling as a 42R (Army Bandsman) with his brother Eugene Fields for the 307th Army Band (Norristown, PA), performing everything from ceremonial and marching literature to classical and jazz—solo to full concert band. Within his first six months in the band, Mr. Fields was promoted to Sergeant, which happened to be around the same time of his brother’s promotion. Notable appearances include performances for General Colin Powell and for President Bill Clinton—once in 1995 while at Kutztown University and again in 2000 during a veterans’ parade in Washington, D.C.

Beyond the stage, Fred has honored the fallen by sounding Taps and folding the United States flag for grieving families—standing beside them in their hardest moments to celebrate a veteran’s life with precision, respect, and heart.

In 2016, Fred conceptualized SSVN, a mission-driven organization aimed at providing sustainable solutions for homeless veterans. Now, this vision is taking its first steps into reality under his determined leadership.
