ABOUT US

Solubility Solutions Veterans Network (SSVN) is a Philadelphia-based, IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity dedicated to restoring dignity, stability, and opportunity for military veterans experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, and life's most difficult challenges.

Founded in 2025 and led by U.S. Army veteran Frederick R. Fields III, SSVN was established on a powerful belief: No veteran who has served our nation should be left behind or forced to face homelessness and hardship alone.

Our mission extends beyond providing temporary assistance. We are committed to developing sustainable pathways that help veterans regain independence, rebuild confidence, access essential resources, and transition toward long-term stability.

Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, housing initiatives, benefits navigation, workforce readiness, and connections to health and wellness services, SSVN is building a comprehensive support network focused on improving the lives of those who once answered the call to serve.

Our Vision for the Future

At the heart of our organization's development is an ambitious initiative to rehabilitate a distressed property at 2128 West Tioga Street in North Philadelphia.

Our vision is to transform this property into a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where veterans experiencing housing instability can begin rebuilding their lives with dignity and purpose.

As we advance this initiative, SSVN is actively seeking partnerships with government agencies, corporations, foundations, community organizations, and individuals who share our commitment to improving veterans' lives.

Built on Service. Driven by Purpose.

Since receiving our official IRS determination letter in January 2026, our Board of Directors has remained engaged in monthly meetings, strategic planning, and organizational development to establish the foundation for meaningful, long-term community impact.

We understand that building a successful nonprofit requires more than a vision. It requires accountability, collaboration, perseverance, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.

SSVN is more than an organization. We are building a network of opportunity, a foundation for stability, and a renewed sense of hope for veterans who deserve another chance.

Because serving those who served is not simply our mission.

It is our responsibility.
